Somany (PG) Institute of Technology and Management has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering from a recognised board with minimum 45%.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed B.E./B.Tech. or MCA/M.Sc. In relevant branch from recognised university with minimum 50% marks (47.50% for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to apply.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have passed Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with not less than 50% marks ( 47.5 % is for SC/ST of Haryana candidates ) in aggregate or any examination recognised by M.D. University, Rohtak as equivalent thereto.
