What is the eligibility to get admission in T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha for UG/PG courses?

T.D. Medical College, Alappuzha has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

UG DiplomaCandidate must have passed 10+2 with Science stream from a recognized board.
B.Sc.Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Science stream from a recognized board.
M.Sc.Candidate must have Graduation in relevant stream from a recognized University.
D.PharmaCandidate must have passed 10+2 with Science stream from a recognized board.
B.PharmaCandidates must have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala or Examinations equivalent there to with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects. Result awaited students can also apply on provisional basis. Applicants should have completed 17 years of age. 
DMCandidate must have completed recognized post graduate medical Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate (MD/MS/DNB) or an equivalent recognized qualification with eligible feeder specialty qualifications. Candidate who have in possession of the recognized post graduate medical Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate (MD/MS/DNB). Candidate must be registered with NMC/ State Medical Council. PG DiplomaIn order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG.
MBBSCandidate must have completed 17 years of age.
MDIn order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG.
MSIn order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG.
