Students who wish to get admission to the Techno Main Salt Lake UG / PG course need to fulfil the minimum admission criteria. The eligibility criteria for various courses are mentioned below:

BHM	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised Board
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised Board
BCA	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised Board
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed M.Sc. or final year M.Sc. Candidates in Electronics /Physics (with Electronics special) branchesare also eligible to apply. Degrees acquired through any distance education programme are not eligible.
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised college /university.
After 10th Diploma	Candidate must have passed the 10th standard (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Council/ Institute. Candidate appearing in the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination are also eligible to apply. Candidate should not be born after 01.07.2008 and there is no upper age limit.
B.E. / B.Tech	Passed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum 45% in aggregate.
MCA	Candidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply: Module 4 Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics. They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level. Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.
