What is the eligibility to get admission in UIT-University Institute of Technology, Regional centre for UG/PG courses?

UIT-University Institute of Technology, Regional centre has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.A.</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Com</td><td>Candidate passed 12th/equivalent of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply provided candidates coming from NonCommerce group should have at least 45% of the aggregate marks.</td></tr><tr><td>BCA</td><td>Candidate passed 12th/equivalent (Science stream) of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto by the University of Kerala with Computer Science /Computer Applications/ Mathematics as one of the optional subjects are eligible to apply.</td></tr></tr></table>
