What is the Eligible criteria for JEE- Main ans Advance Exam

I pass out 12th from Science site in 2010 but due to some problems I took gap. Can I give JEE main and Advance Exam 2013. I am Eligible for this Exam ?

u should be in top 20% of your board's exam and then u will be eligible for writing advanced test,u can search google also u will get all details.thank you
