Eligibility Criteria for Masters in Mechanical Engineering in Canada. Students must have a 4-year graduate degree in some engineering programme, with a total academic career of at least 16 years and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Students from engineering backgrounds are preferred as they have fundamental knowledge about the course.

Hi Aditya,
To pursue MS from Canada, you must clear your B.Tech/B.E with very good grades, most universities require 75% and above. Also you must have a strong research background in the form of publications, research work etc since MS courses are research based and highly competitive. In addition you must take the IELTS.
