What is the eligiblity criteria for MS in networking in Germany.? And do German universities accept 15 years of education?

I have completed my BCA last year i.e bachelor in computer application (3 yr degree), now i m pursuing a distance learning program that is Post graduation diploma in management which is a 1 year degree ,so like that i would be completing 16 years of education. so am i eligible for MS in GERMANY?

Hi Akshay, it does accepts 15 yrs education. And eligibility criteria is 60% to 65% for admission. Also you need to score atleast 6 IELTS bands for the same.
