Its not mandatory to submit LORs to Polimi but its still recommended by the university to improve your chances of being positively evaluated. The letter should be  written by a current or former professor with their contact info. Letter by your manager or employer might also be accepted

You might be required to submit proof of B2 level Italian at Polimi before completing your program. This can be done by taking a TOL or TOLC-I with a score of minimum 30/100

International students will have to submit proof of English proficiency to be able to enroll in a Laurea or BSc courses at Polimi. The minimum test scores are mentioned below-

• IELTS- 5 overall
• TOEFL iBT- 59 or >3,5
• Cambridge- B2 First - Grade C
