There is a difference between a college (diploma) and a university (bachelor, masters, PhD degree). A college diploma is a degree received from a two-year institution of higher learning while a bachelors degree is a degree earned from a four-year institution of higher learning. degree has more weightage thwn a diploma nowadays dip-loma is hardly acceptable for a good job offering a good pay scale
ull get only a supervisory level job thru a diploma but with a degree u can get a job of management level offering a considerably higher income
