This exam is divided into 3 tiers. Tier I consists of an objective paper with 100 questions, carrying 1 mark each. Candidates will get a total of 1 hour to answer their papers. In contrast to tier-I, tier-II is a descriptive paper held for a time duration of 1 hour. Tier-III is the personality test or Personal Interview round where candidates are called after passing the previous rounds. The interviewer evaluates the selected candidates personality, knowledge, presentation and intelligence. However, the time of an interview round can vary from person to person.
