    The UP Police Constable exam is an objective-based written exam consisting of four sections:

    • General Hindi: This section tests the candidate's knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension
    • General Knowledge: This section tests the candidate's knowledge of current events, Indian history, geography, and culture
    • Numerical & Mental Ability Test: This section tests the candidate's basic mathematical skills, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning
    • Mental Aptitude /Intelligence /Reasoning: This section tests the candidate's intelligence, reasoning ability, and problem-solving skills

    The Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Examination is conducted in the duration of two hours or 120 minutes. The examination is divided into four sections: 

    •General Knowledge: To test the candidate's general knowledge.

    •General Hindi: To test the candidate's command in vocabulary and grammar in Hindi language.

    •Numerical & Mental Ability : To test the candidate's problem solving and decision making skills.

    •Reasoning : To test the candidate's intelligent quotient.

    The examination consists of 150 questions, carrying 2 marks each .
