What is the expected 10+2 eligible percentile for JEE 2019?

    In JEE 2019, 12th marks don't matter to it but yes, you have to secure minimum 75% marks in the board exams, only then you would be able to get admission in the NITs and IITs.

    See percentage of 12th does not that matter but still you should pass in first division. You will get college according to you JEE rank so it is better to focus on that.
