Based on the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences cutoff 2023, the MBBS stood at, 13677 for the General AI category candidates. So, 20k is more than sufficient to get into the institute for the unreserved category candidates, considering the expected cutoff for Kurnool Medical College.
