Mam im aslo interested in same PHD in HR im doing bcom from ycmou im 27 now i have wasted 9 years giving 12th science from 2005 to 2013 i have passed 10th in 2003 please help me im interested in managment and education field

After Ph.D. in HR management, as a fresher with no teaching experience, you can expected to be hired by a good B-school as Asst. Professor.
