Family Business Management Program is about management of the established family business and how to expand it. This course will help only if you have your own family business. Family Business management is different because here people who are involved are mostly the relatives and family members. S

This course is for Small and Medium scale Enterprises and also not only management but it will help in learning strategies to grow the business as well.
