To be eligible for a B.Tech at RKDF University, students must meet the following criteria:- Have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
- Have passed the 10+2 examination with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational
- Have obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together
- Have obtained at least 40% marks in the above subjects taken together for candidates belonging to the reserved category
