    The course fee varies based on the chosen programme by the candidate. LPU PhD tuition fee ranges between INR 3 lakh and INR 7.2 lakh. In order to facilitate and motivate the meritorious Ph. D. research scholars, Lovely Professional University awards 22 Research Fellowships to selected scholars under which the selected scholar is entitled to Rs 31,000/- per month for tenure of two years, subject to fulfilment of necessary conditions. PhD from LPU is a valid and recognized degree in India, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
