IISER Bhopal offers a four-yea BS and a five-year Integrated BS-MS degree course at the UG level. The total tuition fee for the course ranges between INR 60,000 and INR 3.1 lakh. Candidates selected at the time of admission need to pay a seat acceptance fee. The seat acceptance fee for UG courses is INR 35,000 including INR 10,000 as non-refundable administrative fee.

For students belonging to general category, fees is Rs 85,000 per annum. So the fees for 5-year programme is Rs 4,25,00.
For students belonging to OBC/SC/ST category, fees is Rs 12,950 per annum. So the fees for 5-year programme is Rs 69,550.
