Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must pay an application fee of INR 1,000 which is non-refundable. At the postgraduate level, the college provides a two-year full-time PGDM course to students. The college also provides four-year FPM and executive education to students. The total fee for PGDM is INR 13.5 lakh.

The most popular courses offered by Jaipuria Lucknow are PGDM financial services and PGDM retail management, which cost around 13,75,000 in total. If a child can't afford it, they can also apply for scholarship within the college, in which the criteria is to secure a stipulated percentage in either MAT, CAT or CMAT. Ath times the college also provides sibling scholarship worth of RS.100,000. Hence studying in the college does not remain a distant dream for all. The hostel fees lie between 1,05,000 to 1,70,000 annually.
