Amity University Gwalior does provide a fee refund if you wish to cancel your admission before the commencement of the academic session. Tabulated below is the fee refund based on the period remaining before the commencement of the academic session.

Fee Refund

Eligibility Criteria

100% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit after deduction of an amount not more than 5% of the fees (subject to a maximum of INR 5000) as processing charges

15 days before the commencement of the academic session

90% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit

Less than 15 days before the commencement of the academic session

80% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit.

Up to 15 days post the commencement of the academic session,

50% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit.

Between 16-30 days post the commencement of the academic session the student

No refund

Post 30 days of commencement of the academic session
