What is the fee refund policy at BITS Pilani?

<p>BITS Pilani has a strict fee refund policy: no refunds are available after payment, and transaction fees are not refundable. Non-admitted candidates can request a fee refund by providing their bank account information. The BITSAT counselling fee is also non-refundable. Additionally, BITS Pilani offers merit-based tuition fee waivers: the top 4% of students receive an 80% waiver, the next 10% get a 50% waiver, the following 20% receive a 30% waiver, and the remaining students are granted a 15% waiver on tuition fees.</p>

<p>In BITS Pilani, fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done. In duplicate clause if the payments paid twice the amount will be paid within 30-40 working days. Additionally, convenience fee &amp; taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.</p>
