BITS Pilani has a strict fee refund policy: no refunds are available after payment, and transaction fees are not refundable. Non-admitted candidates can request a fee refund by providing their bank account information. The BITSAT counselling fee is also non-refundable. Additionally, BITS Pilani offers merit-based tuition fee waivers: the top 4% of students receive an 80% waiver, the next 10% get a 50% waiver, the following 20% receive a 30% waiver, and the remaining students are granted a 15% waiver on tuition fees.

In BITS Pilani, fees once paid will not be refunded once the payment is done. In duplicate clause if the payments paid twice the amount will be paid within 30-40 working days. Additionally, convenience fee & taxes charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.
