In case of cancellation or withdrawal of admission, students are refunded some part of the fee. Below is the fee refund policy followed at IIIT Delhi:
| Timeline for Withdrawal | Amount Refundable |
|---|---|
| On or before withdrawal date, upto 5 PM | Whole fees paid after deduction of INR 1,000 |
| After withdrawal date | 10,000 (only Security Deposit) |
| Alumni deposit along with the security deposit | INR 2,000 |
