    Withdrawal Prior to Course Commencement:

    If a student withdraws before the commencement of an academic session, the institution generally refunds the full amount after deducting a processing fee, which usually ranges from ?1,000.

    Withdrawal After Course Commencement:

    If a student withdraws after the course has already started, the amount of refund will depend on the institution

    Sri Balaji University follows a fee refund policy in case of withdrawal or cancellation of admission. Below are the details for fee refund policy:

    100%15 days or more before the formally-notified Commencement of Courses.
    90%Less than 15 days before the formally notified Commencement of Courses.
    80%15 days or less after the formally- notified Commencement of Courses.
    50%30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified Commencement of Courses.
    0%More than 30 days after formally-notified Commencement of Courses.
