Nirma University follows a refund policy in case of cancellation of admission. The fee is refunded only if the seat vacant against the cancellation is filled by the waitlisted candidates. Below is the Nirma University fee refund policy:

Withdrawal/ Cancellation Timeline	Amount of refund
If cancellation of admission was on or before Jul 2	INR 1000 processing charge will be deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 30
Cancellation of admission after Jul 2, but on or before Jul 27	INR 1000 processing charge will be deducted. The remaining fees will be refunded after Jul 31, provided that the vacated seat is filled by the Institution with the next eligible candidate based on the merit list of the respective category.
Cancellation of admission after Jul 27	Entire paid fee will be deducted. Only refundable security will be refunded after Jul 31.
