It is around 1 to 1.5 lacs per annum. It also depends on what kind of batch you join. You can get scholarships if you score good in the coaching's scholarship exams.

It depends, where you want to go for coaching. For Kotak, fees is about INR 1 Lacs and other coaching is nearly of same amount.
