Hi Anil, You should have minimum 50% in 12th (any stream) to do BCA. Some colleges prefer students who have studied mathematics till 12th class whereas there are some colleges which give admission to those who had opted arts or commerce. Most of the renowned universities conduct entrance exam after qualifying that exam you can take admission in BCA. Fee varies from 30 k to 3 Lacs. Best Universities for doing BCA are Delhi University, Delhi, Lovely Professional University- Punjab, VIT University Tamilnadu, Jamia Millia Islamia University Delhi, NMIMS Mumbai, Anna University Tamil Nadu, University of Mumbai, University of Kolkata, Pune University, University of Hyderabad, Delhi University, AMU, The Maharaj Sayaji Rao University and JNU Delhi. After completing BCA you can attain positions as Developers, Design Engineers, Data Base Administrator, Network Administrator or Data Analyst in IT industry and facilitate their placement in government, semi-government and leading companies like Cognizant, Accenture, HCL, Wipro Technologies, TCS, LG Soft, Tech Mahindra and Infosys.
