    The fee structure at Hindusthan College of Arts and Science (HCAS) for Biotechnology is INR 30,000 for the first year. This programme is a 2-year course at the postgraduate level. Additionally, alumni students can avail a fee concession of 50% of the tuition fee to pursue master programs at the college
