What is the fee structure for 3 months CPID course?

I have completed BE in civil engineering and scored 8.17 GPA. Can I use this as my eligibility or only 10+2?

Hi, Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board Fees would be approx 30,000
