(1st Year Fees) The Dayanand Brijendra Swarup (Post-Graduation) College, also referred to as D.B.S (P.G.) College, was founded in Dehradun in July 1961. Under the faculty of Science and Arts, the college offers UG courses in 13 topics and PG programmes in 11 subjects. DBS is well-known for its emphasis on science courses. Additionally, the college offers self-financing and add-on/vocational courses. For UG courses, you must have completed your 10+2 requirements, whereas PG programmes require a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

College was established in July 1961 in Dehradun. The college offers UG courses in 13 subjects and PG courses in 11 subjects under the faculty of Science and Arts. DBS is popular for its specialization in Science courses. The college also provides Self-finance as well as Add-on/ Vocational Courses. Eligibility for UG courses is 10 + 2 passed whereas for PG courses is a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Admission is strictly based on the merit obtained in an intermediate or an equivalent examination. Seats are reserved for SC, ST, OBC, and PWD. For regular courses, 90% of seats in the college are reserved for candidates from Uttarakhand and 10% for other states. Hope it helps.</p>
