What is the fee structure for direct admission in JSS through management quota? I have scored 90.4% overall and 92% in PCM in 12th.

Yes, there are seats which are filled through management quota.
I think management quota and normal quota fee are same. Expect this year fee to be hiked by nearly 10,000, that is 1,35,000.
You've got a good score in 12, you should apply for other college.
