The fee structure for M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) depends on the college or university. On average:
Government Colleges (like IITs, NITs): INR 20,000 to INR 1.5 Lacs per year
Private Colleges: INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 3.5 Lacs per year.
This usually includes tuition fees, hostel charges

It depends on the college or university, but mostly M.Tech CSE around INR 3 LPA includes tuition fee, hostel fee, mess fee, exam fee, campus fee, etc.
