What is the fee structure for SC category?

The fee approved by FRA for AY 2017-18 is Rs 1,27,500. However, for SC category students there is no fee charged for 1st year as per rules; while for second year only dev. fee are charged as per rules.

The fee for SC candidate will be limited to university levied fee. It comes to around Rs 27,000- Rs 28,000 per year. Thank you.
