What is the fee structure in doing B.Tech through COMEDK?

The upper limit for fees was 170000 and lower limit for fees was 121000 in the year 2017. though it changes every year.

I am from WB. If I qualify COMED-K and get a college then please estimate what will be the total fee in 4 years including all types of charges?
