What is the fee structure of aeronautical engineering in other countries?

Hello,
The structure for aeronautical engineering branch in India and abroad is almost similar. What differentiates method of studies in India vis-a-vis abroad is the wide choice of subjects that one can study along with certain minimum compulsory subjects abroad.

Sorry, I missed out on the 'fee' part. The fee in India is about Rs.70K to 3 lakhs in India while expenditure comes to more than 7-10 lakhs abroad.
