The semester fee of B.Tech in LPU is Rs.98,000. About KIIT I am not aware. You can get scholarships as there are many criteria for scholarships offered by LPU. All the best.

Fees for B.Tech is Rs 98,000 per semester. Scholarships are also provided by LPU on the basis of many factors. LPU provides upto Rs 4.5 lakh scholarship per student.
