Top colleges fee vary from 10-15 lakhs.
Top IIMs have fee around 18-22 lakhs.

FMS - Delhi is the cheapest and one of the best, but most of well-known MBA college's fees are very high. It varies from Rs.10 lakhs to Rs.16 lakhs.

There are very few good government MBA colleges, except FMS – Delhi.
