Considering you are asking fees for mechanical engineering, refer this link http://manipal.edu/mit/programs/program-list/btech/btech-mechanical-engineering.html
For any other branch goto
http://manipal.edu/mit/programs/program-list/btech and select the branch and goto fees tab.

The total fee for four years will be around 12lakhs including academic, hostel and mess.The Academic fee for Btech Aeronautical is 2.75lakhs per annum.
