What is the fee structure through AUEET? I have 229 rank in AUEET exam.

For all the courses you get admission through AUEET the fee structure was INR. 1, 81,500. There is no concessions for the seats through AUEET. The fee is same for all who gets admissions through AUEET for any branch although you get good rank. For more details download the brochure from university website. All the best.
