what is the fee structure? What are the type of subjects do you study there?

I am studying in 12th std now and i am willing to take up catering and hotel management as my higher studies and i would love to to know about the fee structure like how much is admission fee and is fees term wise or yearly? plz do reply and plz do tell me the subjects.
