1. B.TECH. DEGREE PROGRAMME - 2012 for VIT
Tuition Fee (Per Annum) 89,000
Special Fees (Inclusive of examination fee, library fee & etc.) [per annum] 21,000
Total fees (per annum) 1,10,000
2. Tuition fees (in rupees) Per annum for SRM University is INR 1,50,000

Generally the fees of B.Tech differs according to branch in all these institute generally the fee of all the three institute which you want to admission as per your quarry starts rupees 1,00,000/ and goes up to rupees 3,00,000/- per year
