    HCAS Chennai offers a Bachelor's degree programme in English. The admission process is based on merit. However, candidates seeking a merit-based BA programme scholarship may be eligible for a Merit scholarship. The selected candidates will receive a 50% reduction in tuition fees and a 100% reduction in hostel fees. Furthermore, second and third-year candidates will be eligible for a 50% reduction in tuition and hostel fees based on their academic performance and a panel discussion.
