For 1st semester, the fees is around INR 37,000 around. For 1 year, the fees is around INR 67000 around. Yes, they have air conditioned classroom.

Fees for B.Com hons. in MSI for 1 semester is around INR 33,000 - INR 34, 000. The fees for year sums up around INR 67,000 -68,000. I think, it is quiet affordable, as compared to other private colleges. Yes, they have all the classrooms and laboratories air conditioned.
