If your question is about training fee, then CCNA would cost approx 6k-8k and MCSE would be approx 9k-12k.
Now, if I will come to Global certification cost - The fee structure of cisco certifications has changed after the launch of GST (01-jul-2017) in India. Before GST, fee of CCNA R&S was 325 dollars. But after the launch of GST you have to pay fee + 18% GST means the sum is now 383.50 dollars.
MCSE Global: Exam 70-740(Installation, Storage, and Compute with Windows Server 2016)- $165.00 USD -
Fee for CCNA certification composite exam is 325 USD and passing marks required are 825 out of 1000. -
