    Hello!
It entirely depends upon the college(s) you are targeting. The government-funded ones (e.g. SIMSREE, FMS) have relatively low fees as compared to the private ones (e.g. IIMs, SP Jain, XLRI). The fee range of the two-year MBA program can be anywhere from Rs 21k till Rs 30 Lacs.

It all depends on which college you get into. The fee structure for top 10 institutes in MBA is 20 lakhs on an average. Going down to other B-Schools it's around 15-20 lakhs. There are colleges whose fee structure is around 10-12 lakhs also but then it all depends on the college. Colleges like FMS, UBS and DSE, their fee structure is just 40-50 K per semester (excluding hostel).

It depends on, in which college you take admission. For private colleges, it is mainly 4 lacs and above per annum and in government colleges, it is usually below 1 lakh per annum.
