Hi Tupakula,
Different institutes have their own fee criteria. Listed below are some institutes with their respective fees :
NID (National Institute of Design) – Rs. 1,20,000 per annum
NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Design) – Rs. 40,000 per semester
Pearl Academy - Rs. 40,000 per semester

There are different fees range of different organisation, it will better for you to go & visit some organisation.which are teaching this course.
