What is the fees for SC/ST students for engineering courses in private universities? What is the maximum age criteria for the same?

I did my 12th with PCM in 2008.

There is almost no fee discount on the basis of caste you can get scholarship on the basis of their entrance exam or their first year semester exam No you can't get admission in engineering college as you had completed your 12th in 2008 so I you are over age according to the admission for B.Tech so
