The fee structure is not mentioned on the official website of the institute.
Aviation is a dynamic field. It is mainly dependent on the crude oil price.Right now the crude oil price is low about 50-60 Usd per barrel. All the airlines are making some profit. As a result airlines can afford to expand their fleet size and hire more pilots. If the crude price goes upto 100 Usd like it was before few years. The airlines won't be able to make the same profit.
