The fees for various courses at BBAU Amethi Campus are as follows:
- B.Sc. (Food Science and Technology): INR 1,500 per semester
- D.Pharm: INR 60,000 per year
- BA: INR 1,500 per semester
- MA (Sanskrit): INR 1,500 per semester
- M.A / M.Sc (Yoga): INR 10,000 total
- MA English: INR 1,500 per semester
- MA History: INR 1,500 per semester
- Ph.D. programs: As per Ph.D. regulation
