CT institute of architecture and planning offers only one course at the undergraduate level. Bachelor of architecture is the only B.Arch course which is offered by this institute. The eligibility requirements are mentioned below:

the student must have passed and completed his/ her 10+2 with atleast a minimum of 50%.
After this, the student has to appear for NATA- National aptitude test for architecture

As per search it is established in 2014 and it is a private institute.
As we all know private institute fee are high.
It charges 3L for complete degree excluding the hostel and mess fee ( if available) for the B.Arch.
Now it's depends on you choice if you afford it then it will be not expensive otherwise if you are able to afford it's fee then it look expensive.
