The tuition fees of Sikkim Professional University differ with the programme of choice. Tution fee of particular courses are B.Tech 72000, BCA 32000, MBA-70000, M.Tech-72000, BBA-36000, BA-12000, B.Pharm 80000 and D.Pharm 80000 respectively. GNM is 70000 and BSc Nursing is 95000. Other Diploma courses cost between 20, 000 and 50,000. This is due to the fact that hostel fees in the university ranges between 50, 000- 70, 000 per annum. They provide scholarship options up to the tuition fee exempt for 100% for meritorious students who obtained 90% and above in 10+2. Average annual fee is 45,000.
